"Knowledge is Power" - that's my philosophy for business and, I guess, life. I began my real estate career in 2003 but prior to that worked as a Residential Paralegal and processed all aspects of a closing. Based on my years of varied experience, I’m confident in saying that I have exceptional knowledge and experience in the real estate buying and selling process – from home search to surveys to title and closing – to best serve my clients. I’m fully knowledgeable about real estate from structural to mechanical to inspections, insurance and everything in between.
I think one of the most important aspects of working with clients is to provide intelligent answers to your questions and debunk some of the common myths that are out there. “It’s an easy process, I don’t need an agent.” Whether buying or selling, and whether you work with me or not, do yourself a huge favor and work with a licensed REALTOR! We live in a litigious and complicated world these days where trying to buy or sell without professional representation can not only cost you money but open you to lawsuits and more. I use my extensive knowledge of the entire process to help my clients safely and successfully through the entire process.
A job transfer brought my family to the Cary area in 1998 and we’re very glad that it did. We make our home in Preston Village and absolutely love our Western Cary community and the Triangle area overall. My husband recently retired from Becton Dickenson based in RTP so I’m very familiar with that area and the drive/commute aspects of surrounding communities and meeting the needs of incoming employees. In my spare time, I love to workout, I'm a runner and enjoy weights, yoga, etc. We have a Toy Poodle, George, who really rules the house!
